Check-in process could improve. Waiting too long isn't ideal!!! Room service placement needs rethinking-put items on tables, not beds!!! Please check the freshness of the in-room fruits-old ones aren't appealing!!!

Staying at St Regis was a treat with spacious rooms and really good butler service. While the dining options felt limited, the breakfast spread was good. Minor hiccups with noise and busy pool times did detract slightly from the experience, but the overall hospitality made it nice.
