    The best and worst parts

    The staff are great , made for a warm welcome. The atmosphere is elegant and the amenities were really good including a refreshing champagne service each evening

    The breakfast delivery was delayed beyond the requested time which disrupted our morning plans

    Fairly clean hotel, services were good and location was absolutely perfect and good to a waiting taxi for transport to the bus to the Hong Kong border. They gave us an a double room with the view of eiffel tower.

    The attention to detail in my room was amazing. The butler service granted me instant assistance with every need. I also enjoyed the good in-room dining options.
